Hero Katthi (Raj Tarun), as frequently poor in studies and lost his Exams, he is grounded by the beauty of Parineeta (Avika Gor). Daughter of a Government official, Parineeta is a state rank holder in studies in a top engineering college. He joins her college by duping the college Principal to impress her. Initially she refuses his proposal but later falls for his ‘heroic’ deeds.

Parineeta’s father hates any person who behave mass. Quality is his catch phrase. When he comes to know that his daughter loves an unqualified guy, he throws a challenge at Katthi.  If Katthi bears all the expenses of their household for a month by earning through work, he would give away his daughter’s hand. Will Katthi accept the challenge?

Artistes’ Performances:
Raj Tarun acting has been improved than previous movie. He brightens even ordinary dull moments with his energetic dialogues. Avika Gor has not much role except being cutie. She is still a teenybopper. As someone who is stickler for classiness, Rao Ramesh is his usual shelf. Comedians in brief appearances have done good job with their comic antics.

Technical Staff Performance:
None of the technicians get noticed with their work as they have done just okay job. Camera work, music, artwork… all are plain average. Dialogues are good. Comedy writing has worked out well. The movie definitely needs urgent trimming, editing should have been crisp.

Highlights:

  • Comedy
  • Love Track
  • Dialogues

Drawbacks:

  • Predictable story and screenplay
  • No logic

Analysis:

This movie like one of the Episode in Race Gurram, who acted in Prakashraj and Allu Arjun. It’s almost same track continued in this movie. In Race Gurram Prakash Raj tells Allu Arjun that he doesn’t suit his daughter, Allu Arjun makes Prakash Raj’s life miserable with his acts and also sings a song – Cinema Choopista Maava. This sub story from “Race Gurram” is developed into a full script by the writer-director Trinadha Rao Nakkina and he has also used the song as the title.

The comedy tracks are also familiar, yet it provides enough entertainment. Apart from comedy, the movie has nothing to talk about. All the situations in the movie happen as per the convenience of the director. An engineering college Principal thinking some 12th standard failed guy as his college student and allowing him to do all stage plays is beyond the logic.

Now a day there is no full length comedy. Comedy expecting lovers without doubt enjoyed the movie.
